Terms of Service

Customer Agreement

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your continued use of this platform constitutes acceptance of these terms, and no physical or electronic signature is required for this agreement to be legally binding

  1. Marketplace Role: Zero Percent Entertainment acts solely as a marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect any items sold through our platform.
  2. Liability: As a buyer, you understand that Zero Percent Entertainment is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or fulfillment of any products or services. Any disputes must be resolved between the buyer and the seller, with PayPal serving as the third-party dispute resolution service
  3. Refunds & Disputes: All refund and dispute claims must be directed to the seller. Zero Percent Entertainment does not process refunds but facilitates resolution through PayPal’s dispute system.
  4. Use at Your Own Risk: Any consumables purchased (such as food, beverages, or skincare products) are the responsibility of the seller. Buyers assume all risks associated with their use.

Seller Agreement

By listing and fulfilling orders on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your continued use of this platform constitutes acceptance of these terms, and no physical or electronic signature is required for this agreement to be legally binding.

  1. Independent Contractor Status: Sellers are independent contractors and not employees of Zero Percent Entertainment. Sellers are solely responsible for their products, services, and tax obligations.
  2. Liability & Indemnification: Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Zero Percent Entertainment harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the sale or use of their products or services.
  3. Fulfillment & Quality: Sellers must ensure timely fulfillment of orders and maintain product quality. Failure to do so may result in removal from the platform.
  4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be handled directly. If necessary, PayPal’s dispute resolution system should be used.
  5. Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their products and services.

By using this platform, both buyers and sellers agree to be bound by these terms.
